★ Reciting Surah Al-Gashiya near a baby removes fright from him or her and stops his or her crying.

★ Imam Ali (a.s.) has said that if Surah Al-Ghashia is recited over a part of the body which is paining, the pain will go away and if recited over food items, it removes any bad effects of that food.
